Itinerary
Arrival at Gangtok
Pickup from NJP Railway Station/IXB Airport by our representative and transfer to Gangtok. On arrival check-in to hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir
After breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir which is 55 kms from Gangtok city. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Gangtok Sightseeing and Transfer to Kalimpong
After breakfast, start for a half day trip to Gangtok city. Visit Banjhakri Falls, Cottage Industry, Handicraft Centre, Flower Show, Dro-drul Chorten and Namgyal Institute of Tibetology. In the afternoon, head to Kalimpong. On arrival, check-in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Kalimpong.
Kalimpong Sightseeing
After breakfast at hotel, depart for sightseeing, Visit Forest Museum (Closed On Thursday), Jhalepla View Point, Deolo Hill, Dr Graham Homes School, Durpin Monastery, Mangaldham and Pine View Nurseries. Transfer to Darjeeling. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Darjeeling Sightseeing
Early morning (at 4.30 AM) drive to Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga. On your way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed) Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ava Art Gallery and Japanese Temple (4 hrs from 9.00 to 13.00 hrs). Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Departure from Darjeeling
Drop to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport for your onward journey. After breakfast, check-out from the hotel on time.
